1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wd33 platform, including the website, mobile app, games, betting, and all services provided by us. This document takes effect immediately upon account registration or use of any part of our platform.

3Account Registration & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the wd33 platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice, along with forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your full name (as shown on your ID), date of birth, active email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and your preferred payment method.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All deposits will be credited to your wd33 account automatically once payment is confirmed by the system. For certain payment methods, the verification process may take up to 15 minutes depending on the respective bank's network load.

• Money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful financial activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games
• Use of bots, automation software, scripts or any unauthorised tools for playing or betting
• Bonus abuse through techniques such as bonus arbitrage, hedge betting, or strategies designed to generate risk-free profits
• Harassment, threats or abusive language directed at other players or wd33 staff
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt wd33's systems and infrastructure

8Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the wd33 support team via live chat or email. Before the closure is processed, all available cash balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the user.

Wd33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or platform abuse
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe
• Voluntary request by the user through a self-exclusion programme
• Instructions from competent authorities

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, wd33 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that violated the terms. wd33's decision in this matter is final.

• Users are solely responsible for their betting decisions and any losses incurred in games
• Wd33 is not responsible for any taxes or financial obligations that may arise from user winnings under the laws of the user's country of residence.
• Third-party links or integrations within the platform are provided for convenience only; wd33 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such third parties

10Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Wd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any material amendments will be communicated to users via in-platform notification or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the wd33 platform after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account before the effective date.
